Shipping and Fulfillment

Made-to-order, with intention.
All of our pieces are made after you place your order. That helps reduce waste and keeps production intentional — but it also means we don’t ship same-day.

 

1) Fulfillment (production time)

  • 5–9 business days to create your item(s)
  • Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

2) Shipping (transit time)

After fulfillment is complete, your package ships and typically arrives in 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Most customers receive their order within ~10 business days from purchase.

3) Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

If you selected FedEx: you may not receive an automated tracking email. If you haven’t received tracking after the fulfillment window above, email us and we’ll send it to you. Please include:

  • Name on the order
  • Your 4-digit order number

4) Split shipments

If your order includes multiple items, your order may ship in separate packages at no additional cost. Items purchased together may not arrive on the same day.

5) Changes & cancellations

Because items are made-to-order, once your order enters fulfillment, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it before production begins.

6) Where we ship

We ship worldwide except: Mexico, Indonesia, and Morocco.
