Approved refunds apply to the merchandise value only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Orders enter production quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.
3) Important
If we contact you regarding an issue with your order and do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order may be cancelled.
